- In the event that you return the product or no longer need it, you must return the product in its original condition, along with the packaging and all accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase in their original packaging.
- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item, provided that the customer contacts customer service.
- Used products cannot be returned.
- Items must be in their original condition without any alterations (such as discoloration or cuts).
- Orders cancelled prior to delivery will be refunded to the same card or wallet used within 7-14 business days.
- In case the order is cancelled before delivery, the full purchase amount plus delivery fees will be refunded to the same credit card used or the site wallet within 7-14 business days. In case the order is returned or replaced after delivery, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the same credit card used or the site wallet within 7-14 business days without refunding the delivery fees as the service was used.
